3 years for ¨la société¨: Veuve Cliquot and extraordinary bites

Two weeks ago  we have been invited, Simon and I on the third anniversary of the incredible French bistro restaurant  ¨la société¨ of Montreal. We made a stop there between meetings for our other business venture.  I already been there 2 years ago and I enjoyed my experience. For those who do not know  ¨La société¨is a chic French bistro which is annexed to the Loews Hotel Vogue. Walking distance from Ogilvy and Sainte-Catherine Street, you could feel the vibrant energy around there even with your eye’s closed. This bistro takes the original concept of their first location in Toronto, located Bloor Street West in the famous "Mink Mile". The late-night menu full service lounge with raw bar, The Montreal Society offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch on weekends as well as offers to businesses. This is haute cuisine.

A great night really live up to expectations, the exquisite appetizers and champagne from Veuve Cliquot, nothing less. We did not stay long because of our business meeting, however, we loved the beautiful evening offered to mark the third anniversary of chic and the Company.

We welcomed the new Chef, Gilles Tolen. This internationally acclaimed Chef's mission is to improve the bistro menu by adding a personal and refined touch. A remarkable event that reminds us that ¨La société¨ is truly the restaurant for business and also for gourmands connoisseurs who love to eat refined way. A memorable experience that makes you want us to go there just for fun next time, of course with an aperitif, and a bottle of Veuve Cliquot.

Finally, there is a photo of Simon and me on Moetreal.com to emphasizethe event.
